PDC World Darts Masters 2025


The PDC World Masters has undergone a major rebrand from last year’s tournament. This year’s tournament will now include a 32-player field, meaning there will be an additional day of darts and any earnings from this tournament will go towards the PDC Order of Merit.


When is the 2025 PDC World Darts Masters?
The 2025 PDC World Masters will take place between Wednesday, 29th, January to Sunday 2nd, February. On Wednesday the preliminary rounds will take place, ahead, of the televised main event from Thursday 30th onwards.

Who has qualified for the PDC World Darts Masters?
The top 24 players from the PDC Order of Merit, following the World Darts Championship, will automatically qualify for the 32-player main event - with 16 players to be seeded.
A further eight players will come from the preliminary rounds on Wednesday, January 29, which will feature PDC Tour Card Holders and representatives from the PDC's secondary tours, affiliate tours and Junior Darts Corporation.

What happened in last year’s World Darts Masters?
Last year’s tournament was called the Masters and Stephen ‘The Bullet’ Bunting was the winner. This was ‘The Bullet’s’ first major win in the PDC tour, and he will be looking to defend his title again this year.
