LUKE LITTLER

Luke Littler, known as "The Nuke," has an extraordinary story that began in Warrington. Picking up a dart at just 18 months old, he joined St Helens Youth Academy at the age of 8. His remarkable talent and dedication have made him one of the most promising young players in darts. 

Representing England’s A team, Luke achieved international honours, including throwing a 9-darter in the MVG Masters in Gibraltar. He also represented his country in the WDF British Internationals, the 6 Nations, and the Youth Europe Cup. 

In 2021, Luke won numerous WDF Youth titles, including the England Open, British Classic, Welsh Classic, and Irish Classic. His victories earned him a place in the 2022 WDF World Championships, where he reached the last 16. He successfully defended his England Open and Welsh Classic titles in 2022 and was crowned the JDC Youth World Champion on stage at Alexandra Palace. 

2023 was a stellar year for "The Nuke." He became the first MODUS Super Series Champion of Champions to defend his title, won five JDC Advanced Tours, and secured four PDC Development Tour wins, including a 9-dart finish. 

Luke's 2024 World Championship run propelled him into the public spotlight. At just 16, he reached the final, defeating two former World Champions along the way in Rob Cross and Raymond van Barneveld, only losing out to new world number one Luke Humphries. His impressive performance earned him a spot in the 2024 Premier League. Before starting in the Premier League, he won the Bahrain Masters, defeating Humphries and Michael van Gerwen on his way to the title. 

Luke's winning streak continued in 2024 with victories in the Belgium Darts Open, Austrian Open, and multiple Premier League nights. ‘The Nuke’ topped the Premier League on debut and won the 2024 Premier League final. Notably, he achieved a 9-dart finish in the final of the Belgium Darts Open and the 2024 Premier League final and has already made four 9-darters this year, with a chance to break the record of four in a single year.
