What is the warranty period on FTR products?
We offer a 1-year warranty with every Omni Auto Scoring System and Virt Camera. The warranty starts from the date of purchase.
Pre-orders from the Target Darts website start from the date of delivery.
How do I activate my warranty?
You can activate your warranty here by completing the form above. Once submitted you will receive an email confirmation to confirm your warranty has been activated.
Where can I find my Serial Number?
You can find the serial number on your Omni Auto Scoring System on the back of the black box attached to the bottom left leg.
You can find the serial number on your Virt Camera on the back of the black box that contains the camera.
If you're unable to find the serial number, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
How will you use my data?
Unless you subscribe to the Target Darts newsletter, you will only receive emails related to the use of your device. These may include instructions, warranty updates, and device updates.
How do I claim on my warranty?
Contact us directly to receive support and, if required, next steps to submit a claim. There may be a requirement to send images of the device to support with the claim.
You will be requested to send proof of purchase that includes where and when the device was purchased.
