Welcome to Target Elite 1 Jayden Fitzgerald!

Target Darts is proud to announce the signing of talented 17-year-old Jayden Fitzgerald to our Elite 1 programme. We’re thrilled to welcome Jayden to the Target family.

Jayden, who started playing darts at 9, hit his first 180 at just 10 years old. The Irish native has achieved a lot in 2024, including qualifying for the JDC Foundation World Championship in Gibraltar. Still, despite this impressive accomplishment, Jayden’s focus is firmly set on winning the Super 16 Finals this weekend.

At Target Darts, we believe in nurturing young talent and providing the support they need to excel in the sport. Jayden embodies dedication and enthusiasm with the 17-year-old practising for hours every night, and including his natural ability, there’s no doubt he will go far.

We’re excited to be part of his journey as he grows and develops his skills.

Our Head of Youth Development, Lorraine Winstanley, shared her thoughts on Jayden’s inclusion in the Elite 1 team:

As part of the Elite 1 team, Jayden will have access to top-tier equipment and the guidance of our experienced mentors, ensuring he has all the tools to succeed. We are confident that with our support, Jayden will continue to excel on the oche and make a lasting name for himself in the world of professional darts.
