The following Terms and Conditions apply to all items ordered from TARGET-DARTS.CO.UK. Please read through the following information carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding any personal information provided by you, we are 100% committed to maintaining your privacy at all times.

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time, and these changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, don't worry - we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order.

If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Due to system restrictions we are unable to change an order once this has been submitted or offer you an exchange on your order. For more information on returns please contact our customer service team and we will provide you with all the relevant information and details on how to return an item to us.

Please ensure your return contains your original delivery note and also you have selected a reason for your return. All our returns information can be found on the reverse of your delivery document.

Please note - we cannot accept any liability to damaged/lost and stolen items if you have returned these using your own independent courier (outside of Targets suggested returns guide) If you are responsible for the return, we recommend that you obtain and provide proof of purchase.

Any Items being returned to us must be returned in its original packaging and in a suitable condition of sale. If they are not in a suitable condition and fall outside of the 30-day return policy then we do reserve the right to not refund the order. All goods will be subject to a full inspection upon return & before a refund is given. You are responsible for goods returned until they reach our warehouse, please ensure the items are well packed and secure. We are unable to offer any exchanges on our products.

All refunds will be refunded at the price you purchased your items at, this also includes sale items. The refund will not include any delivery charges you have paid.

UK Delivery

We offer 2 delivery methods - DPD and Royal Mail.

Please allow up to 1-3 working days to receive your parcel if we ship this with our courier, this includes the day of which the order was placed. All orders will be shipped using a Track & Trace service, we want to provide you with the most efficient service and look after your goods so this allows for a more secure method of shipping. Please see the Delivery section of our FAQ for more information in relation to tracking your orders and other questions directly related to deliveries.

We will always make our best effort to deliver your order within estimated timescales. However during busier periods, extreme weather conditions or even during our product launch events deliveries may take slightly longer and our service options (Next Day) could be restricted. We will always try our best to keep any temporary changes that may affect this to an ultimate low and provide you with the best delivery service possible.

Payment Options

You can pay for items using the following payment options: Visa, Master Card and Maestro.

If you have paid for your order on a debit or credit card we will charge your card and take payment once your order has been submitted and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been placed. All items ordered remain our property until we receive full payment from you.

The prices for all the products we have listed on our website are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate of which we are responsible as the seller of these items. The amount you will pay will be as the price indicated plus the delivery charge for the shipment. The delivery charge applied will be calculated at time of checkout.

With all card payments the cardholders would be subject to a card validation check, it's a standard authorisation check by your card issuer. If for any reason your card issuer refuses or does not authorise payment for any reason then we will notify you immediately of this as the stage of you checking out. FREE 1-month Ultimate membership to Target DartCounter on orders over £50

The activation code to redeem your FREE 1-month Ultimate membership to Target DartCounter will be included in your delivery. This will be a printed card that will be automatically included on all basket values of over £50. This card will be packed and shipped in your order.

How to activate the code:

  • Enter the link provided on the card into any web browser.
  • Please login or create an account for free to enter the code.
  • Enter the code on the card and redeem your Free 1-month Ultimate membership.

Once your code has been activated your 1-month Free Ultimate membership will be valid for 31 days only. After the 31 days your DartCounter account will still remain active but with basic functionality.

How the contract is formed between you and us on this site

Once you have placed your order with us you will receive an email with your order confirmation, at which point the contract for the purchase of these goods has been accepted and your card will be charged.

Please ensure that all of your order details are correct before confirming/submitting your order because this cannot be changed or cancelled beyond this point. This also extends to any promo codes or gift vouchers redeemed at this time, please check that these have been applied and the necessary discounts have been triggered at this stage.

Please note that items are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is processed, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an Item becomes out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be refunded if we have already taken payment.

We reserve the right to refuse an order if the item you have ordered is unavailable or out of stock, or if we are unable to obtain authorisation of payment, if there is an error in the product information including price or promotion or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

We make a conscious effort with product images to display the colours of the products to their true form, however, please allow that this could be slightly altered as you may see them on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that this will reflect the colour of the product on delivery due to this. The products we list on our website we take care to provide you with the most accurate product descriptions, prices, and all product relevant information at the time of entering them onto our website.

Where size guides and measurements have been displayed we make a real effort to ensure they are as accurate as they can possibly be, but all measurements and sizes are approximate.
