Phil Taylor commits to World Seniors Darts Tour until end of 2024
Phil Taylor has committed his long-term future to the World Seniors Darts Tour.
‘The Power’, a 16-time World Champion, has appeared in every WSDT televised event since its inception at the start of 2022.
This new commitment from Phil will see him continue to participate in World Seniors Darts Tour events up until at least the end of the 2024 season. As one of the most recognisable sportspeople in the world, he has also agreed to work as a WSDT ambassador, with a primary focus on growing the World Seniors Darts Tour beyond the UK.
In just their second year, the WSDT have already increased both the number of televised and non-televised events in our season, including more Target Open Series events and the creation of the LP Metal Detecting series.
On the oche, ‘The Power’ remains as hungry and determined as ever to get back to lifting trophies. Taylor reached 2 out of 3 finals in WSDT TV majors in 2022 but will look to go at least one better in 2023 starting at the JenningsBet Champion on Champions on the 25th and 26th of March.
