1. Introduction 

1.1. By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

1.2. This prize draw is organised and administered by Target Sports Ltd, registered in England and Wales ("Target Sports", "we", "us", "our"). 

2. Eligibility 

2.1. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and are legally entitled to claim any prize awarded. 

2.2. Only one entry per person is permitted, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made during the promotional period. 

2.3. Customers who purchase any qualifying Target Japan Tungsten darts product during the promotional period will automatically be entered into the prize draw using the email address associated with their order. 

2.4. For the purposes of this promotion, a "Qualifying Product" means any Target Japan Tungsten darts product available for purchase during the promotional period. 

2.5. Employees of Target Sports Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this prize draw. 

3. How to Enter 

3.1. To enter the prize draw, customers must purchase a qualifying Target Japan Tungsten darts product between 10:00 BST / 11:00 CEST on 11th June 2026 and 00:00 BST on 15th June 2026 (01:00 CEST on 15th June 2026). 

3.2. Entry into the prize draw is automatic upon completion of a qualifying purchase during the promotional period. 

3.3. Only one entry per individual will be included in the prize draw. 

3.4. Entries will be allocated to either the UK prize draw or the Germany prize draw based on the delivery address provided with the qualifying order. 

3.5. Entries received outside the promotional period will not be eligible. 

3.6. The prize draw will take place on 19th June 2026. Winners will be contacted using the email address provided when the qualifying purchase was made. 

3.7. Target Sports Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected, or otherwise not successfully received due to technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 

3.8. If a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded, or returned before the prize draw takes place, the associated entry will be withdrawn from the promotion and will no longer be eligible for selection. 

3.9. Target Sports Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the promotion, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, manipulation of the entry process, or breach of these Terms and Conditions. 

4. The Prize 

4.1. Two prize bundles are available to be won: one prize bundle for a winner residing in the United Kingdom and one prize bundle for a winner residing in Germany. 

4.2. One winner will be selected at random from all valid UK entries and one winner will be selected at random from all valid German entries.

4.3. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered. 

4.4. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred to another person. 

4.5. Target Sports Ltd reserves the right to substitute the advertised prize with an alternative product of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make this necessary. 

4.6. The decision of Target Sports Ltd in relation to any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.  

5. Winner Notification 

5.1. One winner will be selected from eligible UK entries, and one winner will be selected from eligible German entries. 

5.2. Winners will be notified by email using the email address associated with their qualifying purchase on 19th June 2026. 

5.3. Winners must respond within 14 days of notification. If a winner does not respond within this period, Target Sports Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative  

5.4. Before a prize is awarded, Target Sports Ltd reserves the right to request proof of identity, age and residency. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence upon requested may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner. 

5.5. In the case of clause 5.4, a prize will only be awarded once the winner's eligibility has been verified and confirmed by Target Sports Ltd. 

5.6. Target Sports Ltd accepts no responsibility for notification emails that are not received due to spam filtering, incorrect email addresses, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 

6. Prize Delivery 

6.1. Prizes will be dispatched within 14 days of the winner confirming acceptance of the prize, unless otherwise agreed. 

6.2. Once the prize has been delivered, responsibility for its use, maintenance and care passes to the winner. 

7. Data Protection and Marketing 

7.1. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed by Target Sports Ltd solely for the administration of the prize draw and fulfilment of the prize, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

7.2. By entering the prize draw, winners agree that their first name and country of residence may be announced on Target Sports Ltd’s website and social media channels for the purpose of administering and promoting the competition. 

7.3. All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK and EU data protection legislation. 

7.4. Consent to receive marketing communications from Target Japan is entirely optional and is not a condition of entry into the prize draw. 

7.5. Participants who choose to opt in to receive marketing communications may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included within such communications. 

8. Limitation of Liability 

8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Target Sports Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant arising from participation in the prize draw or acceptance of a prize. 

8.2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded. 

9. General 

9.1. Target Sports Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 

9.2. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are resident in Germany, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall deprive you of any mandatory rights available under German consumer law. 

9.3. Participation in the prize draw does not affect any statutory rights relating to the qualifying purchase. 

9.4. Target Sports Ltd shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such delay or failure arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 

9.5. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
