1. Introduction 

1.1. By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 
1.2. The prize draw is organised and administered by Target Sports Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). 

2. Eligibility 

2.1. The prize draw is open to entrants aged 18 years or over. 
2.2. By entering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and are legally entitled to claim any prize you may win. 
2.3. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted. 
2.4. Entry to the prize draw is free of charge and no purchase is necessary. 

2.5. You must be based in the UK to enter.   

3. How to Enter 

3.1.  You will receive one free entry into the giveaway.  

3.2. You can qualify for up to 5 additional entries if you have purchased a set of Target Japan Tungsten darts, between the 11th of December (3pm) and the 3rd of January 2026 (midnight).   

3.3. You are limited for up to 6 entries maximum.  

3.4. The prize draw opens for entries on the 11th of December at 3pm and will close at midnight on 3rd January 2026. 
3.5. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be included in the draw. 

3.6. The draw will be held on the 9th of January 2026 and winner will be emailed.

3.8. Target Sports Ltd accepts no responsibility for incomplete, inaccurate, or corrupted entries, or for any technical failures which may result in an entry not being successfully submitted. 

4. The Prize 

4.1. The prize consists of one (1) signed Haruki Rising Sun X dart collection. 
4.2. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. 
4.3. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash or alternative will be offered. 
4.4. Target Sports Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. 
4.5. and The decision of Target Sports Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

5. Winner Announcement 

5.1. The winner will be notified by email after the 9th of January 2026, using the contact details provided in the entry form. 
5.2. Target Sports Ltd will attempt to contact the winner up to two times via email. 
5.3. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the second contact attempt, they will forfeit their prize. In this case, Target Sports Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

6. Prize Delivery 

6.1. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of the prize, unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon. 
6.2. For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, the winner will be responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or taxes that may apply. 
6.3. Once received, all responsibilities relating to the product’s warranty and care lie with the prize winner. 

7. Data Protection and Publicity 

7.1. By entering the prize draw, you consent to the use of your personal data by Target Sports Ltd for the purpose of administering the draw and fulfilling the prize, in accordance with our Privacy Notice. 
7.2. The winner agrees to the publication of their first name on Target Sports Ltd’s website and social media channels. 
7.3. All personal data will be handled in line with applicable data protection laws and Target Sports Ltd’s Privacy Policy. 

7.4. You reserve the right to opt in when signing up to the competition to receive future marketing from Target Japan. If you select opt in, you can later unsubscribe from emails.  

8. Limitation of Liability 

8.1. Target Sports Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, injury, damage, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting any prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by The laws of England and Wales. 
8.2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit Target Sports Ltd’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence. 

9. General 

9.1. Target Sports Ltd reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 
9.2. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.
