1. Introduction

1.1. By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.2. This prize draw is organised and administered by Target Sports Ltd, registered in England and Wales ("Target Sports", "we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

2.1. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and are legally entitled to claim any prize awarded.

2.2. Only one entry per person is permitted, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made during the promotional period.

2.3. Customers who purchase any qualifying Target Japan Tungsten darts product during the promotional period will automatically be entered into the prize draw using the email address associated with their order.

2.4. For the purposes of this promotion, a "Qualifying Product" means any Target Japan tungsten darts product available for purchase during the promotional period.

2.5. Employees of Target Sports Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this prize draw.

3. How to Enter

3.1. To enter the prize draw, customers must purchase a qualifying Target Japan tungsten darts product on www.target-darts.co.uk between 09:00 BST on Sunday 20^th September 2026 and 23:59 BST on Wednesday 21st October 2026.

3.2. Entry into the prize draw is automatic upon completion of a qualifying purchase during the promotional period.

3.3. Only one entry per individual will be included in the prize draw.

3.4 Entries received outside the promotional period will not be eligible.

3.5. The prize draw will take place on Friday 6^th November 2026. Winners will be contacted using the email address provided when the qualifying purchase was made.

3.6. Target Sports Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected, or otherwise not successfully received due to technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3.7. If a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded, or returned before the prize draw takes place, the associated entry will be withdrawn from the promotion and will no longer be eligible for selection.

3.8. Target Sports Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the promotion, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, manipulation of the entry process, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

4. The Prize

4.1. One prize is available to be won, on all qualifying orders successfully completed on www.target-darts.co.uk

4.2. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

4.3. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash or alternative will be offered.

4.4. Target Sports Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

4.5. and The decision of Target Sports Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Winner Announcement

5.1. The winner will be notified by email on Friday 6th November 2026, using the contact details provided on the qualifying order. 

5.2. Target Sports Ltd will attempt to contact the winner up to two times via email.

5.3. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the second contact attempt, they will forfeit their prize. In this case, Target Sports Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Prize Delivery 

6.1. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of the prize, unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon. 
6.2. For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, the winner will be responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or taxes that may apply. 
6.3. Once received, all responsibilities relating to the product’s warranty and care lie with the prize winner. 

7. Data Protection and Publicity 

7.1. By entering the prize draw, you consent to the use of your personal data by Target Sports Ltd for the purpose of administering the draw and fulfilling the prize, in accordance with our Privacy Notice. 
7.2. The winner agrees to the publication of their first name on Target Sports Ltd’s website and social media channels. 
7.3. All personal data will be handled in line with applicable data protection laws and Target Sports Ltd’s Privacy Policy. 

7.4. You reserve the right to opt in when signing up to the competition to receive future marketing from Target Japan. If you select opt in, you can later unsubscribe from emails.  

8. Limitation of Liability 

8.1. Target Sports Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, injury, damage, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting any prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by The laws of England and Wales. 
8.2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit Target Sports Ltd’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence. 

9. General 

9.1. Target Sports Ltd reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 
9.2. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.
