Target Darts Signs Charlie “Champagne” Manby
We are proud to announce that Charlie Manby has officially signed with Target Darts, joining #TeamTarget as one of the most exciting young talents in the game.
Nicknamed “Champagne” Manby, Charlie brings a smooth, confident style to the oche, paired with a growing list of achievements that mark him out as a future star of professional darts.
The 20-year-old Englishman has rapidly risen through the ranks over the past year, earning a reputation for his fearless scoring and composure under pressure.
Charlie first made his mark competing in World Darts Federation youth events, where he quickly established himself among the very best. In 2022, representing England, he enjoyed incredible success at the WDF Europe Youth Cup, winning the Pairs title alongside Thomas Banks, as well as the Team and Overall titles with Banks, Archie Self and Luke Littler, completing a clean sweep in a dominant display.
His progression into the professional pathway has been equally impressive. In 2025, on the PDC Development Tour, Charlie reached his first final before producing a record-breaking 130.70 average in a 4–0 victory over Patrik Williams, the highest ever recorded on the tour. He later secured his first Development Tour title at Event 16, further underlining his rapid rise. He also reached the last 16 of the PDC World Youth Championship, narrowly losing in a deciding leg to reigning champion Luke Littler after missing two match darts.
Charlie carried that momentum onto the biggest stage, qualifying for the PDC World Darts Championship through the Development Tour Order of Merit. On debut, he defeated 26th seed Cameron Menzies before making an impressive run to the fourth round, eventually losing out to Gian van Veen. He then secured a PDC Tour Card at 2026 Q-School, officially confirming his place on the professional circuit.
