Extending Every Omni Warranty to Two Years

We have extended the Omni warranty to two years for all customers, including those who purchased previously. This reflects our commitment to supporting every Omni owner and ensuring the best possible experience with the product.

 

Since launching in November 2024, the response to Omni has been incredible. It is being used widely and regularly, and for the vast majority of players the system is operating as expected.

 

We have identified that a small percentage of Omni processing units may power off unexpectedly. This behaviour has been linked to a component-related issue affecting a limited batch of products. Based on our findings to date, the appropriate resolution is to replace the processing unit, and we are taking a proactive approach to support any affected customers.

 

Alongside this, our product team continues to apply learnings from real-world use to ongoing product development, ensuring Omni remains robust and reliable for all customers.

 

Rather than waiting for customers to encounter the power issue, we are identifying impacted units in advance. Any Omni that falls within the relevant serial number range will be eligible for a full replacement of the processing unit at no cost.

 

To check your device, please register your Omni warranty by entering your serial number HERE.

 

If your unit is affected, you will be notified and our Customer Support team will contact you directly to arrange the replacement. If you have already registered your warranty and your product requires attention, our team will contact you by email by Weds 11th February.

 

We also recommend keeping your Omni firmware up to date. Many performance and connectivity improvements are delivered through firmware updates. To check for updates, open DartCounter, go to Smart Devices, connect to your Omni, and follow the on-screen prompts.

 

Following the Virt, Omni is our second connected product, and we continue to make improvements across hardware, software and firmware to further enhance the experience.
