Target's 2020 TV Campaign is all about what it takes to be the best. Featuring Target stars Rob Cross, Phil Taylor, Raymond Van Barneveld, Glen Durant, the 2020 campaign To be the best gives our players thoughts on what it takes to be the best and a professional darts player.
The message behind this campaign is there is so much you need to focus on to be the best ranging from attitude, work ethic and of course having the right equipment. To be the best is an attitude you must take in order to succeed and be at the very top of your game. This is an ethos that is behind everything we do at Target, with a drive to work with best, support the best and to design and produce the very best products in the darts industry.
The 2020 campaign has a very different look and feel to the 2019 Behind the Scenes campaign and is an evolution of the message being delivered.
Working on the advert has been a great experience, with the team trying out new ideas on filming products in 'interesting' environments such as the liquid metal bath and rigging over 20 Corona's to create the tunnel effect in the opening sequence of the advert
Target are also pleased to announce the launch of our new multimedia campaign across several countries around the world.
Over the Christmas period the campaign will span TV, Social Media and VOD. Television spots, each scheduled to air throughout the World Darts Championship on Sky Sports, with further activity poised across the likes of BT Sports, Dave and the Discovery Channel.
Our TV presence will be amplified by further activity on Sky Go in the form of six-second pre-rolls, and also a social media campaign across eleven countries, including Germany, France, the USA, Canada, Australia and Czech Republic.
