Pendle Youth Darts Academy Joins Target's Elite 1!

We are ecstatic to welcome Pendle Youth Darts Academy to our Elite 1 Affiliated Academy programme!

Pendle Youth Darts Academy opened in October 2024 and already works with 30+ students of all abilities between the ages of 8 and 17.

The academy’s main goal is to ensure that all students have fun while participating in their classes. This is achieved by the Pendle Youth Darts Academy team, who focus on improving students' darting ability, fostering good behaviour, and enhancing communication and math skills. The academy awards a Player of the Month title to one outstanding student to recognise progress.

Beginners at Pendle Youth Darts Academy receive guidance on understanding the game of darts, while more advanced students refine their skills through various challenging games.

Mark Edwards, Head of Pendle Youth Darts Academy, shared his thoughts on the partnership with Target Darts:

“Pendle Youth Darts Academy are thrilled to have the honour and privilege to be in partnership with Target Darts. We have only been going for just over 6 months as an academy, so to have this opportunity to work in partnership with Target Darts.  

It can and will only enhance and support the continued development of our students by giving them the very best experience that Target offers to academy players.”  

As with all Elite 1 Affiliated Academies, Pendle will benefit from enhanced resources, top-tier equipment, and access to our experienced support network as part of our Elite 1 affiliation.
